Coking coal rebounds on tight supply
Australian fob coking coal prices rebounded during the week ended 2 June, due to tight availability.
Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $226.06/tonne fob Australia, up $13.07/t from $212.99/t fob the previous week.
On the Singapore Exchange, Premium Coking Coal Futures for July settled at $224.50/t fob on Friday. This was versus the June settlement price of $220/t a week earlier.
