Commerce assigns countervailing subsidies to Turkish rebar producers
The US Department of Commerce has determined that Turkish rebar producers received countervailing subsidies through 2019, Kallanish understands.
According to a notice published by the International Trade Administration, Commerce determined that both Turkish producers Kaptan Demir and Icdas Celik received a countervailing subsidy rate of 1.75% from January through December 2019.
