Commerce finalises AD duty on Vietnamese OCTG
The US Department of Commerce has finalised antidumping duties on OCTG imports from Vietnam after completing an administrative review of the one-year period ended 31 August, 2020.
Commerce set a final weighted-average dumping margin of 1.49% for SeAH Steel VINA. This differs from the preliminary results in which a 4.67% rate was found for the company. The all-others rate continues to be 111.47%, according to the Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish.
