Commerce sets CVDs in Turkish pipe sunset review
The US Department of Commerce has determined countervailing duty rates for imports of heavy walled rectangular welded pipe and tube from Turkey should they be allowed to expire.
In the final results of an expedited sunset review, Commerce found that revoking the CVDs on the pipe products would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of subsidies. The net countervailable subsidy rates were found to be 8.87% for MMZ Onur Boru Profil Uretim San Ve Tic, 14.7% …
