Construction employment is down in 42 US states
US construction employment remained below pre-pandemic levels in most US states in January, Kallanish learns from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America.
According to a recent analysis of US Bureau of Labor statistics data by the AGC, all but eight states reported lower construction employment levels compared to February 2020, the last month before pandemic restrictions.
