Court approves Samarco restructuring plan
The Second Business State Court in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, has confirmed the Judicial Reorganisation Plan of Samarco as part of the ongoing Samarco Judicial Reorganisation proceedings, says Brazilian miner Vale.
