European Commission terminates Ukraine HRC anti-dumping duty review
The European Commission has terminated its expiry review investigation into anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled flat product (HRF) imports from Ukraine after applicant Eurofer withdrew its request for the Ukraine probe in November.
