Raspadskaya mine to increase coal output
Evraz’s Raspadskaya coal company has put into commercial operation a new longwall, the company says.
Its reserves are 3.5 million tonnes of coal, Kallanish notes. The capabilities of the equipment make it possible to produce up to 280,000t of coal monthly.
New reserves are being mined at a depth of more than 500 meters.
