Tigers Realm to sell Russian coking coal subsidiary
Australian miner Tigers Realm Coal (TIG) intends to sell its coal assets in Russia’s Chukotka region to Russian company APM-Invest, the miner tells Kallanish.
The deal is valued at $49 million, with proceeds from the sale going to return capital to shareholders.
The subsidiary includes two projects, Amaam and Amaam North.
