Evrell nominated SSAB chairman after Kjell resigns
SSAB chairman Bengt Kjell has resigned following ownership changes at the steelmaker earlier this year, with board member Lennart Evrell proposed as his replacement. SSAB’s Nomination Committee has also proposed the number of board members be reduced by one to seven.
