First Quantum maintains Ravensthorpe nickel production guidance
Canadian mining firm First Quantum Minerals has maintained full year nickel production guidance at its Ravensthorpe mine in Australia at 12,000-17,000 contained tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that nickel production at Ravensthorpe for the first quarter totaled 3,740 contained tonnes of nickel.
