Protests force Ternium Mexico to stop mining activities
Ternium temporarily halted iron ore pellet production at its Mexican Las Encinas mine on Sunday, the company confirms in a statement monitored by Kallanish. This is due to a protest at the company’s site in Aquila, in Michoacán state.
