French rebar market stagnation persists
French rebar market stagnation continues amid uncertainty and falling prices. The few recent contracts show a €60-70/tonne ($64-75/t) fall compared to the last week of May, as consumer confidence is fading and the threat of a coming recession is causing buyers to adopt a wait-and-see attitude.
