GMS acquiring Kamco Supply to expand in NYC
Building products distributor Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) has agreed to acquire the New York-based steel and construction materials supplier Kamco Supply.
Gypsum says it plans to expand its footprint across the New York City metropolitan area, where Kamco Supply operates five distribution centres.
