Hoa Phat's profit shrinks by 19% in 2023
Vietnam's leading steelmaker Hoa Phat Group has seen its revenue and profits decline in 2023, with lower crude steel production and sales.
The group's revenue in the past year declined by 16% on-year from 2022 to VND 120.35 trillion ($4.9 billion), despite a 33% y-o-y recovery in the fourth quarter with revenue of VND 34.92 trillion billion, Kallanish learns.
