Hyundai lowers bid price for Japanese scrap
Hyundai Steel has lowered its bid for Japanese scrap in its weekly purchase auction, Kallanish notes.
The leading South Korean electric arc furnace steelmaker lowered its bid prices for Japanese scrap by a uniform JPY 500/tonne ($4/t) from its previous auction on 25 February.
