Tokyo Steel cuts scrap prices at Utsunomiya

Japanese domestic scrap prices have fallen, Kallanish notes. Leading electric arc furnace operator Tokyo Steel lowered its scrap buying price by JPY 2,000/tonne ($14) to JPY 51,000/t ($345) at its Utsunomiya steelworks from 26 January.
