Hyundai Steel maintains bid prices for Japanese scrap
South Korea's Hyundai Steel has maintained its bid prices for Japanese scrap, Kallanish notes.
The South Korean steelmaker's bid on 23 June for Japanese H2 scrap was at JPY 48,200/tonne ($335), unchanged from its previous auction on 16 June. Its bid prices for H1/H2, shredded scrap and HS scrap are JPY 48,700/t, JPY 52,000/t and JPY 53,000/t respectively.
