Indonesian firms increase ownership of PT Vale
Vale Canada Limited (CVL) and Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM) will divest around 14% pro-rata combined stake in PT Vale Indonesia to PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (MIND ID), Kallanish reports.
