Italian scrap prices flatten, decreases expected
Italian scrap prices are stable so far compared to the beginning of February but are forecast to decrease in March. The market is considered uneventful at present, but in recent days some mills have been looking for material. One granted a price increase to secure scrap but is now talking of declining values in the coming contracts.
