Jinan Steel to transfer shares to Shangang
The listed arm of Shandong Iron & Steel Group (Shangang Group) says its shareholder Jinan Steel intends to transfer 30.26% of shares in the listed company to Shangang Steel Group. This is in order to enable Shangang to have a clearer equity relationship amid the integration with Baowu Group, Kallanish notes.
