JM Steel buys Five Star
JM Steel Corp has bought Five Star Roll Form for an undisclosed sum, Kallanish reports.
JM's parent JENNMAR is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. JM operates a manufacturing facility on Nucor’s Huger, South Carolina, campus.
Five Star produces trailer, garage door, roofing, and steel solar products. The company’s senior employees and management teams will not be affected.
