Kallanish changes HMS 80:20 cfr India assessment origin
Following the conclusion of a feedback period, Kallanish has decided to change the shipment origin of its weekly HMS 80:20 Scrap cfr India assessment from United Arab Emirates to West Africa, effective 1 February.
This is due to the recent tighter enforcement by UAE authorities of the HMS 80:20 scrap export ban, resulting in shipments of this grade from UAE to India having dropped considerably.
