Krakatau Steel 2022 profit falls despite higher revenue
Indonesian steelmaker Krakatau Steel has reported lower earnings in 2022 despite higher revenue, Kallanish notes.
The group recorded net profit of $22.64 million last year, falling 48.24% from $43.74m a year ago. Its revenue for the year, however, rose 5.75% to $2.24 billion from $2.12 billion a year earlier.
