LKAB becomes biggest shareholder of SSAB
Swedish mining company LKAB says it has become the biggest shareholder of compatriot steelmaker SSAB.
Following the sale by investment company Industrivärden of its stake in May, LKAB has raised its voting rights within SSAB to 16%. It also controls 10.5% of the overall capital of the company, a level consolidated back in February 2020.
