MACA completes Mining West, Bluff deals
Australian mining services provider MACA has completed its $175 million purchase of Downer's Mining West business, and separately the sale of the Bluff coal mine to Bowen Coking Coal.
Following the acquisition agreement reached between Bowen Coking Coal and MACA in October, the remaining AUD 4.75m ($3.44m) acquisition settlement was completed by MACA at the beginning of 2022, Kallanish notes.
