Mexico extends quotas on Russia, Ukraine HRC imports
Mexico has renewed the existing definitive compensatory quota on imports of hot rolled coil originating from Russia and Ukraine for up to five years, according to a document from Mexican authorities monitored by Kallanish.
According to the resolution published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 23 March, the duty enters into force retrospectively as of 29 March 2020.
