Mexico reviews quotas on plate imports
Mexico has initiated a review into the definitive compensatory quota imposed on imports of carbon steel plate originating from Russia, Romania and Ukraine. This is according to a 10 September document from the national Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF). The compensatory quota was originally implemented in September 2005.
