Mexico`s Ahmsa evaluates sale of assets
Mexican steelmaker Altos Hornos de Mexico (Ahmsa) says it is currently evaluating a possible sale of one or more of the plants and assets of the company. This follows Ahmsa’s decision to implement cost-reduction measures and to divest some of its assets announced at the end of July without having given more specifics, Kallanish notes.
