Michigan scrap dealer Padnos acquires new locations
Michigan-based scrap dealer Padnos has announced the acquisition of Regal Recycling of Howell, Michigan, Kallanish reports.
A press release from the company says the acquisition will include Regal’s Howell and Whitmore Lake locations. The Whitmore Lake location will be operated by GLR Advanced Recycling, a company in which Padnos acquired a significant interest last year. Financial details of the acquisition were not made available.
