MinRes suspends Onslow site operations after worker dies
Site operations at Australian miner Mineral Resources (MinRes)’s Onslow iron project have been suspended due to the fatality of a contractor employee, Kallanish notes.
The fatality occurred at approximately 4pm local time on 12 June in an incident which occurred at the Ken’s Bore site of the Onslow iron project.
The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) and WA Police have been notified.
