New Canada trade case targets Chinese drill pipe
Canada has begun a new trade case investigating the alleged dumping and subsidisation of drill pipe imports from China.
The Canada Border Services Agency initiated the investigation at the request of Command Drilling Products.
CBSA will issue a preliminary determination by the end of June, Kallanish understands, and provisional duties may be applied then.
The drill pipe being investigated is made of carbon or alloy steel with outside diameters of 60.3-193.77mm. …
