Nippon promises to move US HQ to Pittsburgh
Nippon Steel is pledging to relocate its Houston, Texas-based US headquarters to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, after it acquires US Steel, Kallanish discovers in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In addition to moving Nippon’s US headquarters, the company plans to maintain the US Steel name and brand at its existing offices in Pittsburgh, according to a proxy statement on 18 March.
