NMDC sharply reduces iron ore prices
Indian state-owned iron ore producer NMDC has sharply reduced its domestic iron ore prices in its in its latest price announcement. This follows a comparatively minor decrease implemented in the middle of March.
The price for 65% Fe 6-40mm lump ore falls to INR 2,650/ton [sic] ($34.30/ton), INR 500/ton lower than the previous list dated 14 March 2020. The price for 64% Fe 10mm fines also falls by INR 500/ton to INR 2,360/ton. The free on rail prices exclude r…
