NMDC Steel ramps up HRC production
Indian state-owned company NMDC Steel (NSL) has seen an impressive start to its Quality Strip Production (QSP) plant, which was supplied by Italy’s Danieli, the technology supplier says.
The plant reported producing good coil after the first slab was made available. It has produced over 10,000 tonnes of hot rolled coil during four months of operation following commissioning in late August, Kallanish notes.
