Turkey’s November HRC exports plunge
Export shipments of hot-rolled flat products under HS code 7208 from Turkey continued to fall in October, further widening the year-to-date decline, Kallanish notes from Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
Total November shipments fell by 32.8% on-month and 46.4% on-year to just 112,671 tonnes, as the year-to-date decline deepened from 19% in January-October to 21.4% in January-November, with 1.91 million tonnes exported.
