Novostal-M builds new mill for Russian market, exports
Russia’s Novostal-M holding, which includes the Abinsk (AEMZ) and MZ Balakovo, will build a new steelworks in the Kingisepp district, according to the Leningrad Region government press service.
The investor's intentions were confirmed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum last week by a cooperation agreement between Leningrad region governor Alexander Drozdenko and Novostal-M chairman Ivan Demchenko.
