Nucor Plate Group maintains September prices
Nucor Plate Group issued a notice to customers on 3 October stating that the company would be holding its September prices on some plate products, effective on orders placed 4 October, Kallanish learns.
In September, Nucor made price reduction adjustments of $120/short ton on as-rolled discrete plate, cut-to-length 96-inch plate, and normalised plate. Quench and tempered plate prices were reduced by $80/st.
