OMK acquires mining equipment manufacturer
United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has acquired Oskol Metallurgical Engineering Plant (OZMM), a manufacturer of spare parts for mining and steel plant equipment, Kallanish notes.
According to the list of affiliates disclosed by OMK, as of 31 December 2023, almost 95.48% of OZMM shares belong to Vyksa Metallurgical Plant JSC, part of OMK.
