Online marketplace Reibus International buys Metalmixx
Reibus International has acquired all of the assets of Blue Steel LLC (branded Metalmixx), an online platform that facilitates the purchase and sale of excess carbon steel, Kallanish reports.
Reibus is an independent online marketplace, selling prime, excess prime, and secondary industrial materials including sheet steel. Financial details of the transaction were not made available.
