Outokumpu barely moves 300-series alloy surcharges for November
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has only tinkered with alloy surcharges month-on-month for its 300 series austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe November 2019, Kallanish notes. It has lowered the surcharges for its ferritic grade 400 series in a broadly similar move to October. The recent stalling in nickel prices has meant a less dramatic change across the board than that witnessed for the last two months.
