Outokumpu generally lowers December European flat stainless surcharges
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has majorly lowered its flat stainless steel alloy surcharges for Europe for December 2019, Kallanish notes. The company has reduced its surcharges for 21 out of the 27 listed, leaving 3 unchanged and 3 very marginally raised.
