Outokumpu lowers alloy European alloy surcharges for March
Continuing a see-saw start to 2019, stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered the majority of its flat stainless steel alloy surcharges month-on-month for Europe for March 2020, Kallanish notes. This generally applies to both ferritic and austenitic grades. Surcharges had previously been majorly lowered in January, only to be raised en masse in February.
