Outokumpu lowers European austenitic alloy surcharges for January
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has lowered its austenitic flat stainless steel alloy surcharges for Europe for January 2020, Kallanish notes. Those for its ferritic grades have risen, albeit marginally, and with one exception. In total, the company has reduced its surcharges for 18 out of the 27 listed, with the remainder having been increased.
