Outokumpu slightly lowers July alloy surcharges for Europe
Stainless steel producer Outokumpu has very marginally lowered alloy surcharges month-on-month across its complete range of flat stainless steels for Europe for July 2019, Kallanish notes. The decreases, for both austenitic and ferritic grades, follows the reductions seen in June, but are less severe.
