Ovako majorly raises alloy surcharges for March
Swedish engineering steel specialist Ovako has increased five of its six alloying element surcharges for hot rolled bar for March. Just one surcharge, that for nickel, is reduced. The company’s scrap surcharge for March has been reduced after having risen for three months in a row, Kallanish notes.
