Pakistan imported scrap slumps amid slow steel demand
Imported scrap offers in the Pakistan market have dropped by a further $4-6/tonne on a weekly basis amid subdued demand, Kallanish notes.
EU-origin shredded scrap is priced at $433-435/t cfr Pakistan, while US-origin quotes range from $427-430/t cfr.
