Preliminary DOC finding cites dumping of steel kegs

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released an affirmative preliminary determination of its investigation of the anti-dumping duty of stainless steel beer kegs from China, Germany and Mexico, Kallanish reports. DOC has announced that exporters of refillable stainless steel kegs have been dumping at the following rates - China, 2%-79.7% Germany, 8.6%; and Mexico, 18.4%.  DOC will instruct US Customs and Border protection to collect cash deposits…
