Rio Tinto orders mining equipment from Epiroc

Anglo-Australian miner Rio Tinto has ordered several Epiroc Pit Viper 271 drill rigs that it will retrofit with autonomous capabilities, as well as SmartROC D65 drill rigs also loaded with intelligent features, Kallanish notes.
