Russia eyes import-substituting steelmaking technology by 2028
Russia’s Bardin Research Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy – TsNIIchermet im. I.P. Bardin – will provide equipment for the modernisation of domestic steel plants based on its engineering within 3-5 years, says its general director Viktor Semyonov.
